The boys are BAPTIZED!! WOOHOO!

First of all, can someone tell me where the time went? I've been on my mission for 3 months now?!?! I think I've already reached the point where I dont want to leave. Like ever.

Okay let's get to the good stuff. This week, I'm not even kidding, was MIRACLE FILLED. For starters, the Gonzalez boys, Emmanuel and Julian, are baptized! I can't even believe it! Because it was fast Sunday, the Gonzez boys got up and bore their testimonies at church!! They said,
"I'm ready to get the Holy Ghost spirit."- Emmanuel Gonzalez
They truly were smiling from ear to ear, and when they got confirmed, the spirit was so strong! I absolutely love being a missionary, and getting to be apart of people's journeys. I love to see how much people grow and seeing the light of Christ in them, grow every single day. At the baptism, us four sisters got to sing A Child's Prayer, and Sister Hardy played the guitar. I don't even know how we pulled that off, and we really did have angels singing with us!! It was beautiful:)

Now let me tell ya, Monday was THE hottest day yet. Everyone says it's only going to get worse. HOW?!?! This is brutal enough. I've been running a mile every morning, and running in the humidity is not easy at all HAHA! But what makes it all worth it... is ice cream... for dinner. Yep. I said it:)

So I don't know if yall know who this is, but Calyann Barnett came and spoke to our mission for our Friday devotional!! Here are some of my favorite takeaways:)
- Heavenly Father knows you and is going to put scriptures in your path
If you don't question or doubt, you don't grow and your testimony doesn't grow!

As I was reading in Alma 52 it was talking about Moroni and his army. One big thing I learned from it was that we need to be faithful in maintaining order and standing up for what is right. Even when it's hard. As we seek for every opportunity to serve and help others come unto Christ, the Lord blesses you and strengthens you in ways you can't even imagine. It takes a step of faith to pursue with vigor and have the faith to reap:)

Anyways, I love you all, and I'll talk to you later gator!

Love,
Sister Jensen
