Napoleon once said "I love technology."

Oh my goodness! It was quite the week! So, I'm not sure if I mentioned in my last email, but starting this transfer I am one of the social media specialists in our mission! I really didn't know what I was getting myself into, but this week was so hectic! I LOVE IT! My first day, we headed straight to the temple to record the testimonies of the missionaries going home! It was so sad! And then we have had project after project this week with SOOOO many meetings! Oh my goodness! Whew! I almost died! Haha just kidding... but actually! The most pooped I've felt yet! At least I get to do the two things I love: share the gospel, and do photography!  So as many of you know, I'm back with Sister McLeod and it's a party in a half! Seriously! Our very first day we got sung to by a man named Karl! We were filling up our car with gas and he comes up to us asking us for money so he could make it to the school to teach kids music! He offered to sing us "You can tell everybo...

Goodbye Gateway YSA!!

Well friends, the fun times in the YSA are coming to an end! I'm getting transferred back to Fort Lauderdale, and my companion is... drumroll please... SISTER MCLEOD! WAAHOOO! The party bus is back in town haha! We are going to be the tech sisters/ social media specialist in the mission! Lots of tears have been shed, but I'm still SO EXCITED for what's coming:) I think one of the hardest things about being a missionary is leaving your companions! Seriously, it's so sad because you know that you won't see eachother for a long time! We have shed a few tears, but all will be good!  Let's get on with the week shall we?? First, we went to the temple 2 days in a row! Yay! We went the first day with our zone, so the room was packed! Very very packed! And then we went the next day with Justin and Ivan for their first time going through the temple to do baptisms! They were so excited! It was awesome! And one thing I just love about the temple is that no matter what is ...

"So which one of yall wants to be my wife?!"

Hello, and welcome back to the hectic life of me, Sister Jensen:) you better hold on tight because there's so much to talk about since it's been like 5 years since I last wrote an email (10 days...) a lot can happen in those last 3 days haha Miracle #1:  Okay, so Sister arlint and I wanted to go to the campus on Tuesday to find more people to teach, but we were literally dead. We decided to just push through and pray A LOT that we could have energy to talk to people! We ended up getting 14 numbers, and meeting this girl Alaja who is so cool! The first thing she said was that she wanted to come closer to God, but she doesn't know how! Well Alaja, we have the answer for you! It's the gospel of Jesus Christ of course! The answer is always Jesus! Anyways that was a cool miracle from the week!  Miracle #2:  So God must really have loved us this week because we had some bomb lessons with people who were actually interested in hearing what we have to say! 3 people in part...

Justin is... BAPTIZED!!!

Anotha week anotha spiritual dolla:) hello again, and welcome back! This week was crazy in its own way haha it all started with us literally eating cake on the ocean (10 goldfish for whoever knows the song) Anyways, we had dinner at someone's house, and they live in this condo right on the ocean, and so while we ate, we got to hear all the waves! Aaahhh I love it! Okay, this week was wild, so just bare with me as I try to put down all my scatter brain thoughts into an email:)  So we finally started teaching another girl! Let's gooo! Her name is Zoe and she brought along her boyfriend TJ to FHE and we were able to talk to both of them! It was awesome, and the best part about it is is that Zoe is our member Jordan's sister! I don't know if that made sense, but just go with it:) and if I recall, the next day we are dinner with our member Zach and his family, and kindly their dogs, Rex and Shay, welcomed us into their home by jumping on us and slobbering all over us:) it ...
