97 days until Christmas!!! No one's counting...

If I could describe my week in one word it would be wild. I'm going to be honest, not a lot happened, and by that I mean I don't remember a single thing that happened. Here are a couple highlights:)

I met Ella Jensen! She is literally me. I am her. And we are the exact same person. She is a cute young woman in the ward I'm serving in right now, so you already know I had to take a picture with her lol we also saw the biggest tree on the planet. Not sure if it actually is the biggest tree, but it was at that specific moment in time haha

We got a referral online from the coolest man EVER! He was waiting for our call all day and when we talked, he said he had already been baptized into the Christ Fellowship church. This place is the great and spacious building. No jokes haha! Everyone we talk to goes to that church!!

Anyways, this week was giving all the fall vibes. It was raining and cold; and by cold I mean 80 degrees haha. But that us cold for me! We made pumpkin bread and a member brought us a pumpkin to put on our table and then we made apple cider YUM! I love love love fall time! I wish Florida actually had seasons though lol. But we even listened to Christmas music! I know, that is illegal for some people, but it's never too early for Christmas haha!

The hardest thing to hear this week was my Grandma passing away. I knew it was coming, but I didn't really want to think about it. I can't even express how eternally grateful I am to have a knowledge of God's plan for us. I know that families are forever. I know that my ancestors are watching over me, always cheering me on. I love that feeling. To know that I will see my grandma again, brings me the most comforting feeling! I already know she is a missionary in heaven:)

As I was reading some general conference talks this week, there was one in specific that I loved, and of course I have to share:) He says, "When we live in awe and wonder, we are happier. We will become more spiritually resilient and protected against falling into the trap of spiritual apathy. A feeling of wonder and awe stimulates the enthusiasm to joyfully live the doctrine of Christ." How amazing is it that we have Christ's perfect gospel on the Earth. It's all for us! There are moments in our lives that we cannot deny. The amazing and miraculous times that Christ has bore us up in times of struggle. I am so in love with this gospel! Don't you just want to scream from any rooftop about Jesus Christ? Yeah? Me too. He's my friend, Savior, Examplar, Redeemer, Brother, and my everything!

I love you all, and I hope you have the best week! GO KILL IT! Woot woot!

Love,
Sister Jensen
