So I got hit by a car...

 HEY! HI! HELLO friends and family!! This week was one for the books! Where to even begin? Well let's start with the super cool miracle! 


#Mondaynightmiracles. It's a real thing! We decided to go biking and OYM (open your mouth) but we decided to just do by being guided by the Spirit! As we were riding, we passed this one street, and I felt like we needed to turn around and turn down the street. We did, and we soon found ourselves in a neighborhood that we have been in before. There was a lady who sent in a referral our first weeks in Boynton and we decided to go back and see if she was home. When we knocked, a man Kenny answered the door and he was SO COOL! He was asking all sorts of questions like, "what makes your church different than all the others?" I was like, "well, I may know a few things about that!" We talked a little bit, and set up a return appointment!! It was so excited, and that just set us up for success for the rest of the week!! Later that night, I hit the biggest frog I have ever seen in my life. It hit my leg like a rock! A huge rock that was bumpy! Immediately no! My soul left my body. 

The rest of the week didn't go as planned though... our recent convert Bebie is living her 16 year old self dream... she had a flip phone! She was so excited, and made it clear to let us know she is back to normal now... i guess you could say we have a very interesting pool of friends we are teaching right now... here's another example. Adam. So, he's in love with my companion... yep, you read that right. He was starstruck the whole lesson, and tried to give her a hug. I was holding in a laugh the whole time hahaha but yeah, there's that. 

Then there was Thursday... I got hit by a car this day. We decided to bike to our lessons, and when I say we would be gone all day, we did not get home for a while! I could have sworn that the lady in the car and I made eye contact, but I went and she went at the same time and my bike got dragged under the car, and I moved my leg just in time for my leg to not get caught in between the car and my bike... MY SOUL LEFT MY BODY! AGAIN! I was holding back tears lol, but everything is all good now. We had to unhook my front breaks because my tire bent a little, and we just kept trucking along:) and then 3 hours later, one of the other sisters I live with almost ran me over with our car! That's when the tears came! I couldn't tell you why, but like I said, it was an emotional week haha! 

On a happier note, we had a meal appointment with a member and when we showed up to his house, he had every holiday in his house! Halloween on the outside, Christmas and Thanksgiving on the inside! He even had a Christmas tree and stockings hanging on the wall! It was amazing haha and I just gave me all the good feels:) also, the most pure thing happened!! This little boy from church randomly gave me a mini rubiks cube!! AAAHH! It just made my whole week! It was the cherry on top! It was the best! (I know I'm dramatic) BUT IT IS TRUE! And if yall know me, you know I love my rubiks cube:)

I've been so happy this last week! I can't even explain the happiness you get when you shared the gospel! Seeing the light in people's eyes growing every single day is my favorite thing on this planet! Also, I am so grateful for the Atonement of Jesus Christ! He payed the ultimate sacrifice, so we can have all the joy that He has! I've come to learn to celebrate past experiences, whether they be good or bad! Look at how far you've grown, and be re-energized! "Faith and doubt cannot occupy your mind at the same time." If you want to grow, you have to just let go of the things you have done in the past. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ wants us to have all that they have because they truly love us! It's so simple:) I know it may sound crazy, but God cares about the simple things we care about!! 

I am so so grateful for all of you! I love you, and you are amazing! Remember how much God loves you and needs you:) YOU HAVE SO MUCH TO BE!

Elder Morrison said what??!

  Woa Guan Man! (That is how they say good morning in Jamaica!) Our friend Antonio taught us that the first time we went to see him haha! I just have to say, I love people. Chia pets, and shattered glass!!

  Hola mis amigos! Another transfer; GONE! I'm staying in Boynton Beach with Sister Anderson:) Time is just flying! I am so grateful to be a missionary! Seriously, I wouldn't have it any other way:) Okay let's get to what all of yall actually want to hear haha!  We have been teaching this super cool guy, Adam. There's a couple things you need to know about Adam: he has no concept of time, he wants to be baptized, and he has a lot of girl problems lol. He is always asking us for relationship advice... like of all people he asks the 2 girls who can't even have relationships haha anyways we just sit and listen. But he really does want to be baptized, so we are working with him to achieve that goal! We made a deal with him that if he doesn't smoke for one week, we will quit sugar. That one didn't last very long. I'm not going to say who cracked first, but let's just say we had ice cream last night haha.  Now for the crazy. Because you know I can't go...

Dori said to "Just keep swimming," so that's what I did...

  Oh-M-Goodness! If I could put every emotion into one week, this would be the week. I'm not even kidding. We cried, we laughed, we died, we "swam", we sang, we were happy, and we were sad. Everything in one:) "BREAKING NEWS, 2 SISTER MISSIONARIES STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AMAZON FLORIDA JUNGLE" no im kidding. For starters, I have NEVER seen this much rain in my entire life. This week we had a literal downpour. It was basically raining cats and dogs! I think we had 29 inches of water, and honestly, we probably had more than that. We were heading back home from our tech council, and we got stuck on this one street that was backed up for days because it was flooded! Every time a car would pass us, our car would lift off the ground a little bit because the waves! We were driving through the ocean.
