"SANTA!! I know him!"

 Merry Christmas everyone!! It really is the best time of year!! Let me tell you why! 

1. It's the time of year that we get to celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ! 
2. Everyone has a little more love and joy in their hearts around this time of year! 

I know it's kind of weird to think about it that way, but it's true! The amount of times I said hi to someone, and they said hi back is insane! Usually people just look at me funny and keep moving... it's the best! Haha jkjk

Well we had a crazy miracle this week! It hit 43 degrees in Florida!! Weather said it felt like 38 because of the humidity and wind! All I have to say is no. I did not pack clothes for this kind of weather! It's supposed to be sunny 24/7 so I don't die!! I'm pretty sure I did die when we walked out the front door one morning because I just wasn't mentally prepared to be that cold! I don't think I'm going to be able to survive when I get off the plane in Idaho and it's not 80 degrees! I will pass away before I even make it to the gate lol 

Anyways, for the actual miracle! A couple weeks ago we were downtown in delray, as always, and we decided to go a way we havent before and sat down in front of this restaurant to call some of our friends! Well right as we sat down a man (Joseph) came out of his restaurant and we started talking! He's a friendly, old, catholic man, and he was telling us about his daughter who is pretty sick right now! We talked a little about the Plan of Salvation and gave him a light the world card with our number and we got his number too:) well just 2 days ago, we were back in the same place and we felt like we should go see if Joseph would be at his restaurant! Well turns out he was!! And here's the crazy part! He told us that just that morning he was thinking of us while looking at the light the world card we gave him, and then we show up out of the blue! He said he knew it was a sign from God! Being a missionary is just my favorite thing ever! 

I love walking down the street, and people just stare at you like you have some chocolate on your face or something! And they think I can't see them staring haha! But I know it is because we have the light of Christ in us, and it shines! 

There are so many people in this world that don't know that they too have the light of Christ in them! Everyone was born with it, and everyone needs the light of Jesus Christ more in their life! I just wanted to say how grateful I am for my Savior Jesus Christ! I love Him with all my heart, and I know He lives:) I know He payed the ultimate sacrifice, and I know He is the greatest gift that we have been given! 

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas, and HAPPY NEW YEAR! Let's go kill it! woot woot!

Elder Morrison said what??!

  Woa Guan Man! (That is how they say good morning in Jamaica!) Our friend Antonio taught us that the first time we went to see him haha! I just have to say, I love people. Chia pets, and shattered glass!!

  Hola mis amigos! Another transfer; GONE! I'm staying in Boynton Beach with Sister Anderson:) Time is just flying! I am so grateful to be a missionary! Seriously, I wouldn't have it any other way:) Okay let's get to what all of yall actually want to hear haha!  We have been teaching this super cool guy, Adam. There's a couple things you need to know about Adam: he has no concept of time, he wants to be baptized, and he has a lot of girl problems lol. He is always asking us for relationship advice... like of all people he asks the 2 girls who can't even have relationships haha anyways we just sit and listen. But he really does want to be baptized, so we are working with him to achieve that goal! We made a deal with him that if he doesn't smoke for one week, we will quit sugar. That one didn't last very long. I'm not going to say who cracked first, but let's just say we had ice cream last night haha.  Now for the crazy. Because you know I can't go...

Dori said to "Just keep swimming," so that's what I did...

  Oh-M-Goodness! If I could put every emotion into one week, this would be the week. I'm not even kidding. We cried, we laughed, we died, we "swam", we sang, we were happy, and we were sad. Everything in one:) "BREAKING NEWS, 2 SISTER MISSIONARIES STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AMAZON FLORIDA JUNGLE" no im kidding. For starters, I have NEVER seen this much rain in my entire life. This week we had a literal downpour. It was basically raining cats and dogs! I think we had 29 inches of water, and honestly, we probably had more than that. We were heading back home from our tech council, and we got stuck on this one street that was backed up for days because it was flooded! Every time a car would pass us, our car would lift off the ground a little bit because the waves! We were driving through the ocean.
