Tech Sister Takeover!!

 Okay, so it's been a wild wild 10 days since I last sent an email! I know, I know, I say that almost every week, but it's only because Hollywood is just built different, and there is NEVER a dull moment haha! 


BIG NEWS!! So, many of you know that I am one of the the digital media specialist in my mission! For the longest time there have always been one companionship of elders and one of sisters! Well, transfers came out last night, and there are no longer any tech elders! Sister Stevens and I have been manifesting a tech Sister takeover all transfer and now it's happening! Now we give SO MANY TRAININGS and it's just going to be wild! We were so excited that we started screaming and jumping and then... my gua sha fell on the floor and shattered! Sad day in the neighborhood! Lol Anyways, enough of that! 

We are teaching the cutest girl named Maria, and she has a 1 year old son who's the CUTEST! Everytime we go to have a lesson with her, it's DUMPING rain and there is a thunder and lightning storm... hmmmm... heavenly Father? What are you trying to tell us here? Anyways, because her house has no windows and just sheets that cover them, the sound effects are just out of this world! We shared the first vision with her and then BAM! Thunder right behind us! It was so awesome! The spirit was strong and I just felt the love that God has for her and her son! 

I love the gospel so much! I think it's so cool to know that every single person on this earth chose God first! We all knew eachother, and we knew the plan! Sometimes we just need a little reminding:) 

More highlights:
- we were Miami queens this week because we filmed a music video on top of a skyscraper! 
- Sister Stevens loves pink! Haha (look at pictures for evidence) 
- we had to say goodbye to President and Sister Pingree! Goodbyes are the worst! 
- we put together at 15 minutes video of all the memories from every missionary in our mission! It was so much fun! Our computer crashed, and then we had to start all over again haha life is good!

Elder Morrison said what??!

  Woa Guan Man! (That is how they say good morning in Jamaica!) Our friend Antonio taught us that the first time we went to see him haha! I just have to say, I love people. Chia pets, and shattered glass!!

  Hola mis amigos! Another transfer; GONE! I'm staying in Boynton Beach with Sister Anderson:) Time is just flying! I am so grateful to be a missionary! Seriously, I wouldn't have it any other way:) Okay let's get to what all of yall actually want to hear haha!  We have been teaching this super cool guy, Adam. There's a couple things you need to know about Adam: he has no concept of time, he wants to be baptized, and he has a lot of girl problems lol. He is always asking us for relationship advice... like of all people he asks the 2 girls who can't even have relationships haha anyways we just sit and listen. But he really does want to be baptized, so we are working with him to achieve that goal! We made a deal with him that if he doesn't smoke for one week, we will quit sugar. That one didn't last very long. I'm not going to say who cracked first, but let's just say we had ice cream last night haha.  Now for the crazy. Because you know I can't go...

Dori said to "Just keep swimming," so that's what I did...

  Oh-M-Goodness! If I could put every emotion into one week, this would be the week. I'm not even kidding. We cried, we laughed, we died, we "swam", we sang, we were happy, and we were sad. Everything in one:) "BREAKING NEWS, 2 SISTER MISSIONARIES STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AMAZON FLORIDA JUNGLE" no im kidding. For starters, I have NEVER seen this much rain in my entire life. This week we had a literal downpour. It was basically raining cats and dogs! I think we had 29 inches of water, and honestly, we probably had more than that. We were heading back home from our tech council, and we got stuck on this one street that was backed up for days because it was flooded! Every time a car would pass us, our car would lift off the ground a little bit because the waves! We were driving through the ocean.
